Globalización e Informalidad / Globalization and Informality

Globalization and Informality
During it finishes it decade the world trade it has registered a considerable growth, the poverty had diminished thanks to the economic dynamism of the last years, but the quality of the employment and the labor trade has not improved lately, in many economies in development the creation of the employment has taken place mainly in the informal sector of which the revenues come from most of the workers of a nation. However this sector lacks security and of social benefits besides that its revenues are low.
The countries with an informal economy have more obstacles to reach the globalization, their character informal file to the possibilities of the countries in development of benefitting fully of their integration in the world economy. Since these countries cannot develop exports with variety of products because their companies have a limited capacity of growth.
The workers of the informal sector have problems to get licenses and formal qualifications, in the same way the companies that operate in the informal economy are usually small and they very frequently collide with obstacles that it prevents them to grow and to offer products and services of high quality. The informal economy also acts as a means of back for all those that have been left without employment, and that they don't have the opportunity to belong to an official company.
The solution to this problem is not alone a question of social justness, but also a means to improve the efficiency of the economy of a country, the development of the formalization of the workers and the companies helped to the countries to obtain but fiscal revenues, to improve its economic capacity and to diminish the negative consequences of the external movements.

Globalization and natural resource wars
Wars for the petroleum, wars for the water, wars for lands, atmospheric wars, this it is the true face of the Globalization or I eat some they prefer to call it globalization whose appetite overcomes the limits of the sustainability and the justice.
Where there is petroleum there is wars and this road him this following the water, in the measure that is privatized and he/she has become merchandise. To alter the flow of a river modifies the distribution of the water, especially if it implies it the transfers of water in several basins, these changes often cause disputes between states or counties that quickly degenerate in conflicts between central governments and nations. Each river of the Indian is reason of important and insoluble problems on the property of the water and its distribution. In the American continent, the conflict between United States and Mexico for the water of the river Colorado has been intensified in the recent years. The waters of the rivers Tigris and Euphrates that have sustained to the agriculture during thousands of years in Turkey, Syria and Iraq, have been the cause of several and important crashes among those three countries. Both rivers are born in Turkey whose official position is "The water is so our as the petroleum of Iraq is from Iraq" (Vandana Shiba)
The point of view that the natural resources can contribute to a competitive disadvantage it is relatively recent, he/she doesn't have an economic value in yes, what gives them that economic value is the roads that have to be connected with the global trade, facilitating the reduction of the commercial barriers. This liberalization of the trade is the one that is allowing that the corporations invade the ecological space of the local communities. What unchains conflicts.
With this we can conclude that the problem is not the natural resources but the free trade and the globalization, the problem is not people but the greed of the managerial corporations, if the globalization is pushed to take possession of those resources, because of they increased it the wars and the ecological catastrophes.

Crisis Argentina / Argentina Crisis

Argentina crisis

As well as the globalization allows that the multinationals can offer their products in any part of the world, in the same way the problems become more sensitive when passing over the national frontiers, because they even affect to the most remote regions in the planet. An example of this characteristic of the world global finds it in the call Argentinean crisis.
Never before in the recent history of Latin America, a country of the region had faced such a complicated crisis as which Argentina lived by the middle of the 2001, a plosive mixture of corruption, fiscal problems, and an exaggerated foreign debt crawled to this nation to the bankruptcy and its population's impoverishment.
The quick growth of the expenses and the fall in the revenues, besides constant mistakes in the handling of the economy, they caused a deficit of more than 8000 million dollars. The Argentinean crash by the middle of the 2001 takes to this country to suspend the payment of the foreign debt at the end of that year.
With more than 3 million people without work and other underemployed 5 millions, the poverty affects now to 45% of the Argentineans, which lost near 50% of its savings in the financial establishments, which entered in suspension of payments.
The moratorium of the foreign debt, the collapse of the banking and the fall in the trust, they made that the Argentinean crisis was much more expensive and more lingering.

Economic Blocks/ Bloques economicos

In the decade of the 80 he/she began to expand the rumor of the globalization, and next to him events like the privatization of the USSR, the industrial reformations of China and the neoliberal push that it supports the full freedom of the market and the retirement of the state of the economic activity.
All these events demonstrate that in the contemporary world an intense economic interdependence exists among the countries, due to the necessity that you/they have some of others of their products and services.
This interdependence has taken to the countries to that are integrated, to form groups according to its geographical location and its specific economic interests. These groupings of economic integration are denominated economic blocks, which establish a standard to regulate their commercial relationships, customs and economic in general, establishing priorities and preferences for their members, also believe organisms so that they intervene in cases of disagreement.
The economic blocks defend the economic integration in opposition to the protectionism, economic current that arose at the beginning of the XIX century, which promotes the restriction of imports through having imposed customs officers, with the purpose of protecting the agriculture and the national industry of the external competition. In opposition he/she is the free trade that supports the circulation of goods among the countries, without any impediment type and without right customs officers.

Bloques economicos

/Globalization and its beginnings

Globalization and its beginnings
The globalization is a topic that he/she plays us to all, daily we see in television, in the newspaper and in the magazines news on the TLC, unions between markets and privatization. But do we simply observe without worrying, are they very few those that take interest on this and do they wonder What it is it that in fact is happening?. single treaties, neither dialogues, neither discussions are not, is there a great history behind all this, in Colombia and in the world.
The quick tendency to the call globalization you beginning practically in the decade of the 80, with the integration of the Soviet union and of the countries of the east of Europe to the market economy, that is to say the linking of the production private sector and distribution of goods and services in that part of the world.
This originates important social advances, with remarkable achievements in the improvement of the conditions of the population's life, especially in the education and in the health, the system of planned economy or socialist I enter in crisis, becoming the historical event of more impact in the last three years.
After more than 70 years of the socialist revolution and of the establishment of a centralized economy, where the government controlled and it directed the entirety of the economic activity, the biggest country in the world, with enormous resources and with an educated and hard-working population, at the end of the year 70 began to register problems of poverty and his economic growth began to descend.
Some analyses coincide in that this economic system was unable to assimilate the technological revolution of the years 70 and 80, and I concentrate their scientific and industrial resources on the military activity. The population began to be affected by the inflation which was caused by an alarming shortage of foods other consumption goods. The production descended quickly and the industry quality you deterioration.
This demonstrates us that the globalization doesn't contemplate positive results, there is a numberless of problems that is causing, for that reason it is necessary to investigate and not to be alone with what the means inform us.

Internacionalizacion e interdependencia / Internationalization and interdependence

Internationalization and interdependence

The high grade of internationalization has been pushed by the multinational companies that operate in the entire world. Companies that were devoted to compete in the capitalist countries as Coca Cola, PepsiCola, McDonald's and the big assembly of vehicles, now they are disputed in millions of new consumers, located in the Soviet nations of the old one and in China.
In the national trade you find dozens of international marks of foods, wardrobe, appliances, computers and vehicles, and you can also check that in our country he/she has settled banks like the Bilbao quickly Biscay (BBVA), and the Santander of Spain, the same thing that several funds of foreign investment that with North American capitals, Swedish Englishmen and until Asian, they buy actions of Colombian companies. It is as well as Merrill Lynch Bus Fund, a bottom of the United States, in 1998 had invested a little but of 500 million dollars in holding, actions, funds and certificates, acquired in the Colombian market of capitals.
Until the years 70, the exchange among the countries concentrated on the circulation of goods. From then on the economic relationships were diversified deeply, and to the commercial currents those of investment capitals were added, of companies and of technical and scientific knowledge.
The quick development of the telecommunications, the quick transfer of funds among the banks and of capitals in the stock exchanges, they generated an impressive interdependence of the economies.
